About

Hello! I’m Ximena, a pianist and teacher with over 15 years of experience working with students of all ages, especially children.
Music has always been central to my life, and I love sharing that passion with my students. For me, piano lessons are about more than just playing—it’s about helping students grow and find joy in music.

At PiccOli Pi, I bring the philosophy of Nourishing Music to life, using music to build confidence, spark creativity, and foster growth.
I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, focusing on solid technique, theory, and interpretation in a fun and meaningful way.

With advanced studies in Film Composition, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of music as a tool for storytelling and personal expression.
This allows me to help students connect with the “why” behind the music as they learn.

Teaching students as young as 4—and as young at heart as 88—has shown me how music builds skills, joy, and perseverance at any age.
At PiccOli Pi, I create a warm, supportive environment where students can explore their potential and discover the joy of piano.

Whether you’re a parent of a curious 4-year-old or someone reconnecting with music later in life, I’d love to help you start this inspiring journey.
Let’s make music a meaningful part of your life!
